Hi! My name is Denise L. Jones, and I'm your DMV neighborhood REALTOR. I am a licensed real estate agent in DC, MD, and Virginia. I have been in the real estate industry for 19 years. I have extensive experience in price negotiating, providing on-point broker price options (Property Values), and superb customer service skills. In 2019, I was voted top agent out of 10,000 for Excellent Customer Service Skills and top-notch service. I work with Federal Reserve Banks to restore/renovate foreclosures and promote revitalization through expanded homeownership opportunities. I am also an Enrolled Agent with unlimited representation rights. This means I am unrestricted as to which taxpayers I can represent, what types of tax matters I can handle (audits, collections, and appeals), and which IRS offices I can represent clients before.

Most importantly, I enjoy helping others. Another way I do this is through the MHJ Foundation. A nonprofit organization started in 2015 to honor my now 98-year-old Grandmother and her 36 years of Community Service work of giving back to those in need. I am not just a member; I'm the current president. Looking back at my life helping my Grandma, I can see how God trained and prepared me for this position. For that, I'm grateful and thankful.
